Thousands of students of a school in China train hard for a very special event. After years of preparation, they perform Kung Fu with perfect synchronicity. While cameras follow the display on the ground, satellites in space can spot the shapes that they make.
Blown Away, inspirerende Netflix serie
Met veel bewondering zag ik de Netflix serie Blown Away over de creativiteit en het vakmanschap van glasblazers. Tien meesterglasblazers halen in deze proeven alles uit de kast om kans te maken op 60.000 dollar aan prijzengeld en de kampioenstitel.

Iris van Herpen kleedt Naturalis aan
Naast haute couture begeeft Iris van herpen zich nu op het vlak van architectuur, en met en oogstrelend resultaat.
Iris enters her first-ever "full-scale architectural project" as she collaborates with Neutelings Riedijk Architects to deliver "over 1,000 meters of delicate concrete friezes that merge fossil forms with the fabric from [van Herpen's] collections."
