LUXURY NOW DOMINATED BY SOCIAL CONNECTION
“Interessant artikel over de rol van fysieke en online retail. Een onderwerp dat denk ik nog lang onze aandacht nodig heeft om de consument op de juiste manier te bedienen. Een aanrader.” By being aware of motivators, luxury brands will be able to better leverage insights to meet the demands and expectations of affluent consumers in-store and in the digital space. “This is reflected in shopping habits, where bricks and mortar still dominates at 46 percent, whilst online (desktop/ laptop) comes in at 39 percent,” Lees meer

MARIJE VOGELZANG ETEN ALS WERKWOORD
“Marije ken ik al sinds ze afstudeerde in Eindhoven en haar ster blijft rijzen. Hier een portret over haar passie voor eten, als werkwoord!” What a year it was! From doing lectures in a.o Hong Kong, Milan, London, Sofia, Vienna and New Zealand to working hands on with a chicken farmer and making a performance with the Design Academy students at Palais du Tokyo in Paris. Over the year it was great to see the Food Non Food students develop and me learning from them as well. The project in Helsinki ’ A coupe of little things’ thought me about a pre-verbal way of communicating that touches the soul. The project ‘Edible reflections’ in Sweden and ‘Bread and Salt’ in Amsterdam gave my work a new impulse trough audio experiences. The Eggchange that started this year is still going strong with new chicks being born just a couple of weeks ago. If you like it, follow this project on Facebook.
